Seasonal class for Spring.
A practice to nourish your joints, charge your energy and focus your heart-mind with the energy of Spring.
You can expect a full spectrum practice of yoga asana, breath work, guided reflection time, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
You will need something to write / draw with, space to move and lie down. This class will be guided over zoom and recorded (the teaching only) for everyone that registers.
Offered on a donation, pay-what-you-can, basis.
