Breath-Body-Mind Fundamentals Online Retreat Style Immersion

19–20 September 2026

Join us for a practical, immersive weekend to experience the nervous-system-shifting benefits of Breath-Body-Mind (BBM).

At the heart of this practice is Coherent Breathing, a simple, scientifically-backed way to bring your nervous system into a state of balance and resilience. During our time together, we’ll guide you to breathe gently at about five breaths per minute, without force, allowing your system to come into a coherent state.

We will explore a suite of supporting practices of simple movements and guided relaxations all carefully designed to prepare you for coherent breathing as well as being wonderful stand alone practices to integrate into your daily life.

I am honored to facilitate this weekend alongside my colleague Joanna Harper, the founder of Integrate Training. We are both Senior Level 4 BBM teachers, committed to sharing these tools with clarity and heart.

Is this for you? This weekend is a practical immersion for anyone looking to support their own wellbeing. Whether you are navigating stress, looking to deepen your personal practice, or simply curious about the science of the breath, you are welcome.

Through movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques, you will learn to:

  • Increase your stress resilience and renew your energy.

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

  • Increase lung capacity, oxygenation, and cardio-respiratory health.

  • Connect to your inner self and others.

  • Improve relationships and empathic abilities.

  • Improve performance in personal and professional activities.

Accessibility: All the practices are trauma-informed and easily modified for all levels of mobility.

Teacher Training

While this is not a training course, this fundamentals weekend is a prerequisite for those who wish to pursue BBM Teacher Training in the future.

Deepening Your Practice

If you have already completed a Fundamentals weekend, you are welcome to join us again at a reduced rate to refresh your skills and deepen your experience within a new group.
