Tending the roots.

Join Mandy for a weekend of yoga by the sea in her homeland of beautiful North Norfolk in England!

Delve into a rich variety of practices to support you in connecting to what matters most to you and be better able to meet challenges with courage and compassion.

Both days will include meditation, chanting, breathwork, talks and discussion, yoga nidra and flowing yoga asana. All woven around the theme of “roots of practice”.

There will be ample time to enjoy the seaside location. Days will run from 10:30am-5:30pm with a 2 hour break for lunch. Arrive early to enjoy the natural surroundings before we begin as well as during lunch.

Location

Cley-Next-The-Sea Village Hall - a large community building with wooden floor by the sea.

Lots of lovely places to stay in the area for those coming from further afield.

By car: Follow the signs to free car park from the main A149 road, or, if using SatNav, key in the postcode NR25 7RJ.

By public transport: The Coasthopper bus route is between Cromer and Wells, with a stop at Cley. Trains run from Norwich to Cromer and Sheringham and you can take the bus from there.

Requirements

No prior experience necessary.  All levels of experience are welcome.

Please bring your mat, a blanket and any props you like to use. Lunch is not included (but cake on Sunday is!) - bring your own or wander into Cley village to one of the many places there for lunch.

Booking

The suggested payment for the weekend is €100 / £85  and priority will be given to those booking the whole weekend.

You can also pay less or more.

If space allows, you are welcome to attend for one day and the suggested payment is €60 / £50.
