A Yoga workshop - Chakras, Elements & Sound.

The practise will weave together visualisation with sound (mantra), sacred hand gestures (hasta mudras) and movement (asana) with an inner feeling (bhava) of reverence.

The intent of this practise is to bring you into a state of inner harmony and a feeling of respectful connection to the natural world outside.
