Softening Into Presence

At the peak of high summer, gift yourself the opportunity to pause and listen deeply.

Yoga is so much more than physical movement—it is a space where we can actively engage in the contemplative side of life. We don’t step onto the mat to withdraw from the world, but to resource ourselves, fill our cups, and potentially reimagine how we perceive and interact with the world.

In this two and a half hour immersion enjoy meditation, breathwork, mantra and all levels yoga asana flow and meditative movement to help you “soften into presence”.


Location & Time

  • Time: 3-5:30pm AZOT (Azores Time) * Note for Online Guests: This is 1 hour behind London (BST) and 2 hours behind Central Europe (CEST) and 4 hours ahead of East Coast US and Canada (EST)

  • In-Person Location: Biblioteca Municipal, Santa Maria, Azores.

  • Online Location: Live via Zoom (Link sent the morning of the workshop).

Preparation: What to Bring

For In-Person Guests:

  • Your Yoga Mat, blanket and any props you like to use (limited blocks and bolsters available)

  • Water Bottle

For Online Guests:

  • Your yoga mat, a blanket and any props you like to use for practice.

  • Technology & space: A stable internet connection and quiet space.
