This is a wonderful opportunity to make time for yourself and enjoy a wide range of BBM practices.
Leave feeling refreshed, more balanced and ready to transition from autumn into winter ease.
Guided by Mandy and her BBM colleague Joanna Harper, both Level 4 BBM teachers.
This event is designed as an online immersive retreat, including four hours of BBM practices.
You will also receive 12-months access to recordings of the Retreat sessions – perfect for you to repeat on your own or if you cannot join us live.
PRE-REQUISITES
Open to everyone who has a regular BBM practice, or has completed a BBM Fundamentals course. Experienced BBM practitioners, instructors and teachers are welcome to attend for self-care and personal practice.
You will not be required to teach or lead practices as this is not a certification training. You can attend with your camera on or off.
